Welcome to Charming and Cheerful Properties! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for staying at our vacation rentals. By booking and staying at our properties, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

1. Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed. Failure to check out by the designated time may result in additional fees.

2. Self Check-In

• Guests can enjoy the convenience of self-check-in using a keypad. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to your stay.

3. Pet Policy

• We welcome pets at most of our properties, but additional fees may apply. The pet fee will vary depending on the location.
• Please notify us of any pets accompanying you during your stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not cause damage to the property. Any damages may result in additional charges.
• Keep pets off the furniture and beds, and clean up after them both inside and outside the property.

4. Family-Friendly Amenities

• We strive to provide a comfortable stay for families with children. Our family-friendly amenities include:
  • Crib or pack-and-play (depending on the location)
  • Children’s books and toys
  • Babysitter recommendations available upon request
• Please let us know ahead of time if you will need a crib or other child-related items.

5. Safety and Security

• The safety of our guests is a top priority. Each property is equipped with:
  • Security cameras (only monitoring external areas for safety)
  • Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
  • Fire extinguishers
  • First aid kits
• Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the location of safety equipment upon arrival.

6. Internet Access

• All our properties offer fast and reliable WiFi with speeds of 120 Mbps, perfect for streaming 4K videos, online meetings, and browsing on multiple devices without interruptions.

7. Parking

• Free on-site parking is available for guests with vehicles. The number of parking spots may vary by property, so please refer to the specific property details for more information.

8. Reservations and Payment

• To make a reservation, visit our website and follow the easy booking process. We accept all major credit cards.
• A reservation is confirmed once payment is received. Full payment is typically required at the time of booking.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Standard cancellation policy: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will forfeit 50% of the total booking amount.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will result in a full charge for the stay.

10. Smoking, Parties, and Commercial Photography

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any of our properties. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, where applicable. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside.
• We do not allow parties or events to maintain a peaceful and pleasant environment for all guests.
• If you wish to conduct commercial photography or videography, please obtain prior permission from management. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

11. Damage and Property Care

• Guests are responsible for any damages or loss of items that occur during their stay. This includes damage caused by pets, children, or negligence.
• A security deposit may be held and refunded after inspection of the property following your stay, provided there are no damages.
• Please treat our home with care and leave it in good condition upon departure.

12. Maximum Occupancy

• Each property has a maximum occupancy limit specified at the time of booking. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

13. Noise Policy

• To respect the neighboring community, we enforce a quiet hours policy from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise and disturbances will not be tolerated.

14. Liability

• Charming and Cheerful Properties is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that occur during your stay. Guests are advised to take proper care and secure their belongings.

15. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and only collect necessary personal information for the booking process. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
